Getting the most out of your YouTube embedded Video’s

I learned something cool today.

I have always wanted to know how some people were able to get their video’s from YouTube to do special things like autoplay & hide the control bar & a few other things.

So I went investigating on how I can do this too.

Well I found out how & I’m going to spread the love by sharing it with you!

So this is how to do it:

First you need to get the embed code from your YouTube video.  It’ll look something like this:

<iframe width=”560″ height=”315″ src=”//” frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen></iframe>

Now at the ens of the link ( you need to add a question mark – ?

Then you need to add the parameter that you want to do. So:

  • If you want your video to automatically play type autoplay=1
  • If you want your video to not have the controls at the bottom of the video type controls=0
  • If you don’t want the title of the video showing type showinfo=0
  • If you don’t want the related video’s to come up at the end of the video type rel=0

Now if you want a combination of these add an & sign between each one.

So then for example, what my embed code is for the video that played at the start is: (I bolded my additions)

<iframe width=”560″ height=”315″ src=”//” frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen></iframe>

There are heaps more things you can do aswell.

Check out the link here to go to Google’s developer page on parameters

I am so happy I found this today. I am going to use it on my blog and I am sure It will make my blog look neater & end up with more sales.

Speaking of that, I know you want to make money from the internet right – well the best way to do it is with a blog!

I’m even going to be awesome & let you in on a secret on how you can do it too!  So just click here, enter your details & watch the video & you’ll be on your way to make money online!
